Updates to this List & Customer Objections

As our business grows and evolves, the subprocessors we use may also change. We will keep this page updated with any new subprocessors.

For our Restaurant Partners, Automenu will provide notice via email to the primary account owner of any new subprocessor appointments before that subprocessor begins processing data on our behalf.

Restaurant Partners may object to the new subprocessor by sending a written notice to legal@automenu.com within fifteen (15) days of receiving the notification from us. The objection must be in writing and include the specific reasons for the objection, grounded in reasonable data protection concerns.

If a customer objects, Automenu will work in good faith to find a mutually agreeable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the customer may terminate their subscription in accordance with the terms of their agreement with Automenu.
