Absolutely! Automenu allows you to offer both pickup and delivery options to your customers. You can set specific delivery zones, fees, and minimums to suit your restaurant's needs.
Automenu charges a flat monthly fee for our online ordering platform, with no setup costs or hidden fees. This allows you to budget effectively and maximize your profits without worrying about commissions eating into your revenue.
Depending on your subscription plan, there may be a small, transparent service fee added to each order at checkout to cover platform costs. This fee is typically much lower than the fees charged by third-party delivery apps.
You can choose to absorb this fee yourself or pass it on to your customers. We recommend being transparent about any fees to maintain customer trust.
Note that delivery fees charged to customers are set by you and can be customized based on delivery zones, order size, or promotions.
Automenu provides zero-commission, flat-rate delivery through our partnerships with DoorDash Drive and Uber Direct. If you prefer to use your own delivery drivers, you can disable integrated delivery and manage your own deliveries.
You can manage your orders and track your restaurant sales in real time through our Dashboard. You can view order details, customer information, and payment status, as well as generate reports to analyze your sales data.
Additionally, if you integrate with a POS system like Clover or Square, orders will be sent directly to your POS for seamless order management.
Automenu currently integrates with Clover and Square to automatically send online orders to your POS system. If you use a different POS system, you can still use our online ordering platform, but you will have to manually enter orders into your POS system. We are working on adding more POS integrations in the near future.
Automenu currently integrates with Stripe to provide a secure payment experience for your customers. You can accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We are working on adding more payment processors in the future.
At the moment, Automenu only supports Stripe as a payment processor. However, we are working on adding more payment processors in the future. If you have a specific payment processor in mind, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
It typically takes a few hours to set up your online ordering system and start accepting orders. Our team will assist you in creating your menu, setting up your delivery zones, and configuring your payment settings.
In some cases, it may take longer if you have a large menu or there are unexpected issues with setting up your payment processor or POS integration. We will work with you to resolve any issues and get your online ordering system up and running as quickly as possible.
